Applicaton for ILR with set P family member

I'm 19 and my 5 year Refugee status comes to an end in November. I know I can't apply until a month before but as I was under my parents application originally I know they have to fill my details on their form but can I/do I still fill in my own Form Set P? I would like to as I believe I have a better chance of succeeding than my parents but will we all be judged together? If I can fill in my own Set P form does it have to go in in the same envelope as my parents or can I just go it alone? Grateful for any info anyone can give because I can't find anything on the subject.
