Applied for Child Benefit -> No Response

Hi there,

It's been more than 25 days I have send my application for Child benefit with original birth certificate and other documents.
But I haven't heard from them by any mean ? Is that the usual time they generally take ?
Not sure how to follow up with them. :(

You can give them a call, but it could depend on the work load of different regions offices...
