Applied for my non EEA extended family member

Hi,
All.

I applied for residence card for my non eea extended family member .List of documents i provided is .

1-Passport His and mine.
2-Birth certificates both.
3-Family tree .
4-Affidavits of relation ship to establish identity.
5-My employment contract .
6-Our bank statements showing he is dependent on me .
7-Joint tenancy agreements.
8-Rent receipts that i am paying rent for him.
9-GP Letters confirming his serious health condition as he is ill and that i am taking care of him.
10-Our NHS Proofs .
As you guys are experienced and some of you been through all these stages .Can you guide are these proofs enough .
