Applied Tier 1 (General) - Planning to take personnel loan

Post by sureshep » Tue Dec 09, 2008 8:19 am

Hi All,

I applied for Tier 1 (General) on Dec 05th at Mumbai VFS.
For maintainance funds - I have used the same salaried account of my company.

Now, I am planning to take personnel loan of 1 Lakh INR for some reasons and they are saying that they will deposite in my salaried account.

However during this process of waiting for a decision to be made by BHC, is that okie to deposit the money into my salary account ?

PS : I have a re-imbursement account given by the company. Shall I ask them to deposit into my re-imbursement account ?
Which one is feasible ? Pls share your comments/experience.

Appreciate all your time and inputs in advance.

Regards,
Suresh.

Hi Suresh,

I have never read anything in any guidance note which says that increasing your bank balance by any means will have an impact on your application which is being considered. Please note I had to read the guidance notes twice since I reapplied yesterday after getting a rejection the first time around.

It is generally advised in this forum to continue maintaining balance up to 2800 pounds till your application is decided.

I agree with R053992, makes sense to maintain a balance of over 2800 Pounds until the outcome is decided.
