Apply for citizenship

Hello
My wife and my kids got ILR follow by Tier 1 route
I got passport already
should my wife and my kids apply for citizenship now or they should wait for 1 year ?

Your wife can apply for AN naturalisation now - your kid can apply for MN1 registration also, at the same time as your wife - add them to your wifes application. Your flag shows Austria - I assume you are not Austrian.
