Apply for dependant

Post by houman1979 » Sat Jan 09, 2010 2:22 pm

Hi,

My friend has a child who is 17 years old. She is going to apply for Tier 1 General alongside her child. She is divorced and she is now responsible for the child. I have two questions:
1-Should she submit any other document except evidence of relationship and evidence of maintenance? According to article 105 of policy guidance, the child over 16 should provide two documents confirming address. Is it applicable for my friend's child or only for those who want to apply inside UK?
2-Should she submit documents showing her divorce and her responsibility for the child?

Regards
