apply for uk settlement visa

hi.
Me and my husband are both hold Indefinite Leave to Remain.
we are now lived in Hong Kong from oct of 2015
and we already visit to the uk Mar of 2017 before 2 years.

we want to go back to uk early march of 2019
but we have 2 kids.
first kid, born in UK He got a british passport.
but second kid born in outside uk. which visa type can i apply?

can it be apply for ILR from lived outside uk?

some people to said, its very difficult case of get a settlement visa.
please please help me.

When you visited the UK in 2017 (which generally does NOT maintain ILR), was your passport stamped with a visitor stamp (which would have a date by which you need to leave the UK on it?)?
