apply for Spouse visa inside the uk

Hello everybody,

I am on a fiancé visa, i got married in the uk and i have got 2months left in my visa, i got an appointment to apply for my spouse visa in person and i paid the fee which is £800.We have got a daughter who is 2 years, my wife works part time 22 hours per week, she earns £460 per month, she doesnt get the child benefict since we got married in February, i would like to know if its fine if i apply with her bank statements stating that she had more than £1000 in her bank statements in ,october, november,december and january but she just have £460 in february and March.i also work as a an overseas representative of an english school, and the school sent me a letter to prove that i get 20% commission from them which usually between £450 and £600, and they paid me 4 times in my wife's bank account because i am not allowed to have a bank account yet with the fiancé visa.i got money from m them £1600, and i brought with me from my country £1700, my family sent me from france £1400.

Please i would like to know if our financial situation is fine if i apply for the spouse visa?

Please i am going to apply this week.

I will appreciate it if you give me some information about this issue please?
