Apply ILR from India as we have completed 5 year in tier2 General and total 8 years at UK.

Dear Respected Sir/Madam , My Name is Bala worked as IT professional both me and my Wife since 2014 till 2023 Nov , please need your help regarding applying ILR to UK from India.

We have completed more than 5 Years in Tire 2 General Visa on 15th Jan 2024 and are eligible to apply for ILR.
Unfortunately we are in india and not able to travel to UK now but we wanted to apply for ILR , please need your suggestion or help in applying ILR for UK.

My wife was main Applicant and I was dependent however before Tire 2 General Visa , I was Primary for 3 years on Skilled worker Visa.

Total members: myself , wife and 2 kids.

We are ok to provide all your processing fees.

Please review and let us know how do we proceed further or what are the different ways we can apply and we have already expired our Visa dates.

You cannot apply for ILR if you are not in the uk. It is not an apllication that is available if you are outside the uk.

When did your visas expire? Fornilr within the uk, ypu need valid visas and have absence limits to meet.

Is your wife still employed by her visa sponsoring company? To qualify for ilr, she must be employed by her sponsor and be in the uk.

Not sure what you are thinking but this is a public forum and all the immigration advice is given by volunteers. This forum has no connection to the UKVI or the home office

Have you had 5 continuous years under the skilled worker visa as the main visa holder ? Do you even hold valid visas ?
Also the time spent as dependant and main applicant cannot be combined for ILR either
