apply student visa by dependent

Hi All

My spouse is on PSW dependent visa, she is going to apply student visa,

my question is,

will she have to apply her student visa in home country or she can apply in UK because she is already in UK?

I will appreciate if somebody can reply me,

it means my wife change her visa status as student visa in Uk, there is no need to go back to home country for student, is that right?

Could you please help me on above subject, If I am on student dependent visa which is above degree level then can i work full time? I tried the link in ukba website but did't find, could you please send me link about this, I will appreicate if somebody can help me out please.
