apply with no ihs number

Hi guys
I would like to get some help her
Or any one have experience this issue please give me some info
I have recently applied for my wife (Spouse visa)
When I was at the tls cantact agency where I submitted my wife form I couldn't find reference IHS (number health surcharge
number )
I did pay online but never get email from ukv with reference number

However now I was checking my e mails I found that I ggot transaction confirmation email saying I have paid it and there is IHS number as well
My question is
is the immigration officer will notice that I have paid and it is fine
Or do I have to get in touch and give THEM THE IHS NUMBER
PLEASE ADVICE ASAP AS U KNOW IT IS NOT EASY TO RICH THIS LEVEL AND GET REFUSED BECAUSE OF SAMPLE THING

If I have to email or send letter to the home office please can
