Apply within or outside UK?

I've finished my studies and am wanting to leave the UK for a while, however I have been advised not to leave prior to my application for the Post-study work visa. I have read the ukba website and it does not say that I have to remain in the country to apply for it. So this is my situation:
-The certificate will be released in August, though if sent back home I may receive it in Sept
-the 2800 pounds will have been in my account for 90 days by 20sept, this is in Lloyds

the idea is I will get the original bank statement sent to me, and will use that when applying. Will applying for the PSW visa outside UK increase the possibility of refusal?

If you Doc's are OK, I don't see a reason for refusal.

Exactly.. nothing to worry about if only the documents are ok.. :)
