Apply 10 years ILR or 5 year ILR

I am in dilema of what to do. Could some expert help?

Below is my visa history unbroken:

Arrived in UK in Sept 2001 as Student Visa
August 2006 change to Permit Free Visa
July 2008 change to Tier 1 Visa
July 2011 change to Tier 1 Ext Visa until 2013

Here is my wife visa history unbroken:

Arrived in UK Sept 2002 as Student Visa
Married November 2006 change to dependants Visa
July 2008 change to Tier 1 Dependants Visa
July 2011 change to Tier 1 Ext dependant Visa untill 2013

We have 2 kids born in UK.

If i apply for 10 years can my wife apply 10 years next year without change, what form to use FLR (M)or SET(M) and my kids use MN1 form?
