Have you applied and received Settled Status?
The old EU Permanent Residency card is no longer valid for naturalisation.
You need to have held full Settled Status for 12 months before you can apply.
If you haven't applied for Settled Status you need to do it NOW - as you are well past the deadline - late applications are still allowed but with an explanation as to why you are late.
