applying change of employment tier 2 from India

Hi,

I am changing my employer and got the COS for the same.Unfortunately , I am unable to get any online appointments.My present VISA expires by Jan 25th 2012.Instead of sending my application in post , can I go back to India and apply the for the change of employment.It will be a great help , if any one of you can guide me.

did u get restricted cos or unrestricted cos?

With a rCoS you can apply from outside the UK only.

If its an unrestricted COS , can the change of employer be applied from India.

rCoS = outside UK.
uCoS = within UK.
