Applying Dependant Visa for Wife

Hello All ,
I am working in UK for last 6 months as a contractor having a limited company . Now i want to apply Dependant visa for my wife .

It would really great if some one can share their experience and tell me the documents i need to provide from my end .Since i have a limited company my salary comes to my business account and i take salary from my business account ,so do i need to provide my contract copies , business and personal bank account statements ?

i live in a home which has 4 bedroom and i have agreement on my name for the room i use , will that be sufficient to show as accomodation proof ?

any advice in this regard will be much appreciated

Yes.

You never said us what is your status in UK. Are you British, Hsmp, etc..? On normal condition for dependant visa you as a sponsorer need to submit your payslips for atleast 6months, Bank statements for atleast 6months, Work contracts, Accomodation agreements, Bills, Your marriage certificate ... The list is endless. I suggest you go through British High commision website to get a clear picture of what the requirements are.

I am on HSMP and have been in UK for 5 months now , i can show a saving of £4000 in my personal account , and provide my contract letters and my payslips which i get from my accountant . and the other things you said like marriage certificate and phone bills and tenanacy agreement .

Will that be fine ?

the only confusion i had is regarding the salary i take from my business account ..will be less , will that lead the case worker to believe that i dont earn enough ,even though i get a reasonable amount as my salary to my business account .

If you are working under the unbrella company you should be able to get a clear net salary amount shown in your payslip, if this match the amount on your bank statement every month then you should be fine. BHC is not worried about whether you work on limited company or PAYE method. As long as you are employed and can be proved and pass the financial side, you should be ok.

I work with my limited company and get payslips for my accountants and i can show that amount in bank account and hope everything goes smooth .
