I'm a spouse/husband to an IRISH national with a 5YEAR BIOMETRIC CARD and I need to apply for my son in NIGERIA but i don't know which FORM to use. And you can help me in what document(s) to gather along for a successful application.

Your 14 year old son needs to apply for a Family Permit, assuming that your Irish spouse is not also a British citizen by birth and that she is either exercising treaty rights or a Permanent Resident under EU law.
