Applying for ext soon could you verify my docs pls

Hello to All,

I am on Tier1 General visa exipiring on the 10th of Nov 2011. I will be applying on the 28th of Oct for a renewal in person.
I am going to submit the following documents, could some of you go through the list below and let me know if I am missing some thing please.

I got my initial visa approved on 10/11/2008, so I need to score atleast 75 points

Age - 5 points
Submitting my passport. 

Qualification - 35 points
I am not submitting any documents as I will be claiming points for the same qualification I used for my initial application

Earnings - 45 points
12 months online pay slips, signed and stamped by my company's HR 
12 months bank statements showing my monthly salary - The last statement not older than 28 days

Previous UK experience - 5 points
Not submititng any documents

English language - 10 points
Not submitting any documents as already proved when my intial tier1 visa was granted

Maintenance - 10 points
Using the same bank statements used for proving previous earnings. The statements will show that there were atleast £800 pounds in my accounts for 90 consecutive days (statements not older than 28 days)

Could you give me ur feedback please on my above post?

I also have another question, my bank statement for maintenance fund won't be arriving by post before my PEO appointment. So along with my orignal statements (till sep 27th ) I am planning to submit online statements of the same account signed and stamped by my bank. The online statement is 2 pages and on both the pages I have the bank signed and stamped. On page1 it contains my details (account no, number, address etc) however on page 2 of the statement my name , account number etc does not appear (it's a Lloyds online statement) would this be a problem?

I suggest it will be good to have some documents(Council Tax, Utility Bills or House rent Agreement ) to prove you are in the UK for more than 12 months and hence maintenance funds to be £800.

Although it is directly proved with the bank statements and payslips, but just in case, you never know what can be asked.
