Applying for EC from non-native country

Post by AlexMrg » Wed Dec 05, 2007 4:32 pm

Hello!

My name is Alexandr. I'm new on this forum, but I have one thing in common with other members. I like all of you like UK, and will do everything to receive HSMP.

I have a little question, may be someone can help me.

I'm from Ukraine and I'm a holder of Ukrainian passport. But almost 6 years I live and work in Portugal. I want to know, when I receive my HSMP approval letter, do I need go to Ukraine to apply for EC for UK, or I can do this from Portugal (which will save me many time and money).

Awaiting for answer.

Best regards,
Alexandr

If you are legally resident in Portugal in a category other than visitor then you can apply from there.
