Applying for ict short term or long term from oustide UK

Hi GURUS

Hi my previous visa are

​TIER2 ICT ESTABLISHED STAFF ( april 2011 till -april 2012 )- Applied from my home country
​TIER2 ICT LONG TERM(june 2012 till -dec 2013) - Applied from UK

Currently i returned to my home country and planning to apply for ICT visa
Can you please tell me i am eligible to apply for short term or long term
I heard there is a new cooling period rule now

can some one reply please ; will there be a cooloff period for me

my last grant of leave is ict longterm(before april 2011 rule) and i returned from uk as visa expired
currently can i apply for long term or short term without waiting for cooling period

you are eligible to apply without cooling-off but only in the T2 ICT long term staff category.

If i apply for a business visa and travel to uk for 1 month
can i come back and apply for ict long term ( will the cool off be not applicable still since my previous ict long term was before april 2011)

the business visitor visa has no bearing on your eventual T2 ICT entry clearance application

just to confirm that means even if i went for a business visa , still i can apply for ict long term without any 12 month break eventhough my last leave (ict long term april 2011)expired 2 months back

It will be great if i get a quick reply GURUS...
