Applying for ILR after retantion of rights

Hello everyone.

I would be grateful if someone could assist to find info about the following:

If non-EEA successfully retains the right of residency after divorce, and when he/she is qualified to ILR will it be necessary to give biometrics? I could not find such information on UKBA web site, unless im blind ï

You wouldn't apply for ILR but rather for PR = permanent residence. There is no biometrics for that type of application.

Thank you , I thought after five years in total living here under eu category the person is eligible for ilr too so after you get a pr when can you apply for ilr or naturalization ? Many thanks for your help

PR is ILR but its called PR, both cases you get a sticker in your passport valid for 10 years and they are the same thing. Forget about ILR this concept doesnt apply to EEA applicants and Family members (ex's included).
You can apply for naturalization 1 year from the day you get the PR stamped on your passport (Actually you should be able to apply on your 6th anniversary, but sinces you have Retained Rights of Residence, I am not sure how this would work)
