Because there is used a phrase "should be granted..." ,
I thought it was not mandatory/compulsory to wait for five years
I applied for asylum back in June 2011 and after the initial refusal and following allowed appeal, was granted Refugee Leave to Remain in May 2013.internati29 wrote:hi friend
