Applying for indefinate leave after 27 months

Post by aziqbal » Wed Feb 12, 2014 5:27 pm

Hi my wife's spouse visa is due to expire in August 2014 and I have going to apply for indefinate leave

I have read through the requirements and we need life in UK test and also another English language test

My question is how do I book the English language test? We have registered for the life in the UK test

The form is SET(M)

I am going the correct way and is this the right form it says in this section 5

Image

Where can I find a accredited test centre and how hard is this test in comparison with life in the UK?

Final note please advise if I can mentioned anything incorrect
25/04/2011 applied 15/07/2011 Refused

13/04/2012 Court hearing decision overturned

Also am I correct in saying that the spouse visa ILETS test is not valid because my wife got A1 grade

For indefinate leave we need B1 so she need to do the test again

Only matter is speaking and listening

Does reading and writing also count?

Perhaps this shoudl go to the ILR forum as you'll get responses from people who have experience with the process.

But I've done a quick google and found what appears to be a valid test centre.
