Applying for Naturalization and Applicant's spouse British passport in Renewal Process

Post by saadullahz » Mon Jun 13, 2022 12:12 pm

I'm Preparing application for my naturalization.
My Wife is British, I 've received my ILR in Spouse Category last 2 months back.

Recently my wife sent her British Passport for Renewal. I'm afraid in current circumsent it may take long period to receive a new passport for her. Also she sent her old British passport to Passport office.

Currently I'm preparing my Naturalization,
In order to submit my documents my wife Original British Passport is not on Hand. I do have soft copy of all pages of her Passport.

Do I need to bring my Wife's original passport during Biometric appointment ?
Also, May I submit my Naturalization without my wife's British Original Passport

Please Advice,

Thanks
Saad

Do I need to bring my Wife's original passport during Biometric appointment ? No.
Also, May I submit my Naturalization without my wife's British Original Passport Yes - all documents are submitted via scan and upload to the online application - no requirements to submit originals.
