Hi there, we are settled in the UK and have a child due in early June and plans to travel to India for the summer holidays in 3rd week of July. This does not leave us with enough time to register child birth, apply for Indian passport and the for CoE Right of Abode.
Is it advisable to travel to India on child's Indian passport and apply for CoE Right of Abode which I understand takes 3 weeks of time or rather change our travel plans and apply for CoE RoA from the UK before travelling.
Thanks in advance.
Anyone with similar experience kindly advise.
