hi everyone im non eu citizen(indian)and im new on this forum

me and my girlfriend from croatia ,we are getting married in cyprus after 1 of july(croatia comes in eu)and after that we want to move in croatia.

my question is after marry can i go with her from cyprus to croatia, wht will be the all procedure for paper work and how long it will take time?

you need to visit your local Croatian embassy for getting this information and the relevant procedure.

Croatia will treat family members of its own nationals the same as family members of EEA/Swiss nationals when Croatia joins the EU.

Have a read through the above link (Croatia's Aliens Act ) especially Article 153 up to Article 183.

my girlfriend she is living in croatia right now and working there but before we used to live in cyprus(3 months) coz of time limit and her job she had to move from cyprus.
