Hi - So in the english language requirement section, it asks that we provide a certificate and a letter from the institution.

I don't even know where to start for the letter? The admissions office of the school? What do I ask them to write, a letter stating that I was a student there and that my education was taught in english?

Just curious. If you went to Rutgers University in New Jersey and got a letter from them, where did you start?
