Applying ILR for Main applicant and FLR for the spouse

Hi Gurus,

I would like to ask your expert advise as Im preparing for an ILR application along with my 2 dependants : a child under 18 and my spouse.Both of them are just 12 months here in the UK.
I believe in my case as the main applicant, I have met the necessary requirement to apply for it.
However, I have here 3 questions, that somehow confuse me..:

1. Can I include the child under 18 as my dependant in my ILR application using SET(O) under tier 2 ? I f not what procedure should I consider?
2. How about my wife, do I need to use FLR(M) for her application ? If not , what type of form?
3. Do I need to post together my wife's application alongside my application or, do I need to post it separately?
