applying an indian passport for a baby born in uk

hi,
im going to london to apply passport for my baby tomorrow, planning to collect the token by 6.30 in the que do any one have idea about....

- the fee for birth registration with indian consulate and can i finish both registration and passport work on the same day.
- will i get the baby passport issued on the same day
-there are 2 applications for baby birth registration one with single page and the other one with 3 pages which is the correct one.
