Applying on 29 March 2010 - Which rules apply on me?

Hi

I'm applying for Tier 1 (General) from Hyderabad VFS on Mon 29 March 2010 at 9:00 (appointment booked).


Hyderabad VFS will be closed on Wed 31 March 2010 and will reopen on
06 April 2010.


My question is:

Will I be considered in current rules or new rules i.e. (06 April 2010)?

Any advice will be appreciated.
