Applying in person bookings

Hi,

I've been trying to book an appointment for myself but the system isnt showing any available dates. Even till December 2011. I called them up and apparently most of the locations are fully booked till the near future.

What should be my course of action? Should I just file my application by post? The start date on my Certificate of Sponorship says 1st September, 2011 and I was hoping I could get it sorted before that.

Any advice?
