Applying in person FLR (M)

Post by kcndj » Tue Oct 28, 2014 12:14 pm

Hi I am looking for any help possible...

My Tier 2 General expires in December 2014. I am getting married to a British citizen November 15 and have an appointment to apply for flr on 21 November. Does my spouse have to attend the appointment with me and what documents do I need to take? What are the reasonsame I wouldn't be granted a visa that day? I have so many questions..just want to get it right the first time. Please help!

You will need to attend with your wife.

Also need to provide evidence showing that the requirement of Appendix FM -SE is met.

Have you read through form FLR(M)?
