Tomorrow I am going to submit Tier 1 (general) visa initial application (outside U.K.):

Please see below at the checklist and see if everything is okay???

1- Main applicant:
a- Valid passport
b- Application form VAF9 (online application)
c- PBS Appendix 1 General Migrant self assessment form
d- Original Ph.D. degree certificate (50 points)
e- Bank statement for earning proof (consecutive twelve months) (40 points)
f- Letter from Employer about previous earnings (same period of consecutive 12 months as in “dâ€
