Applying Visa for New Born Babies in UK

Hello everyone,

I am on my PSW and my wife as PSW dependant. Last month we have been blessed with a baby girl. I have applied for her Indian Passport and as soon I receive, I want to apply for her PSW dependant visa.

My first question is:
How much time does it take to get Indian Passport if I have submitted through post.?? (As I already did before 15 days from now)

My second question is:
Please guide me which form should I use for my daughters PSW dependant visa application. FLR(0) or PBS dependant application form.??

Somebody suggested me to apply with PBS dependant application form, than my question actually is, how much is the application fee for INDIVIDUAL (single) application for my daughter as dependant as I have already have my visa and my my wife too as dependent. I am confused that it could really be £500.??? If not than how much....????
