Appointment Booking

Hi,

I am trying to book an appointment for my friend in Croydon.

He created an account, chose the service, paid the IHS, see the slots and now when he wants to book the appointment he receives the following message:

We can not check your case ID. This is due to a technical problem. Please try again later.

He sent emails to UKVI but has not received any email yet.

Any idea what to do?
