So how did you manage get on TIer 2 (General) in 2010 based on this SOC code?3. Lower-skilled jobs
The following occupations do not contain any jobs at NVQ or SVQ level 3 or above. There are no codes of practice for these occupations. Sponsors cannot issue certificates of sponsorship for any jobs in these occupations:

I am looking at "Tier 2 occupational codes of practice - version 03/10: valid from 01/03/2010" and SOC code 4122 is listed under "Lower Skilled Jobs" (same as the current Appendix J) and it goes on to state:So how did you manage get on TIer 2 (General) in 2010 based on this SOC code?3. Lower-skilled jobs
