Are fingerprints required for ILR

Hi

I am due to apply for ilr this month. WP holder 5 years same employer. Just wanted to ask if i apply through my lawyer will me and my dependants be required to go at PEO and give finger prints ?? i have never given finger prints before but my wife did had her fingerprints taken at the time of her dependant visa.
