Are signatures really required?

I intend to apply for hsmp in the next few days. I am presently in Iran and do not have any account in the UK. Nor do I have any credit/debit card to pay the fee?

I have requested a friend in the UK who is prepared to allow use of his debit card for making payment of my fee. On my request he has conveyed to me his card number etc and insists that his signatures are not required on the first page of my application form? Whereas i have asked him to download the first page, fill and sign relevant boxes for payment through his card and send that to me?


Pls advise whethter the HO can charge his card without his signatures ?

Or should I insist the way I have explained above???

May I request the moderators again to advise about my querry?

I am planning to apply in the next few days.
