Are there different response templates for the succesfull ILR application

Post by thandunaresh » Mon Feb 10, 2020 2:55 pm

Hello all,

I have applied for the ILR(5 years tier-2 general) this morning using the super-priority service. I had given my biometric around 11:25 AM and received the following update from the Home office around 1:35 PM. It was quite fast.

I received the following update from home.office.atlasATnotifications.service.gov.uk

Dear XXXXXXXXX
Ref: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Your application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK has been successful.
What happens next
You will receive your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) by courier within 7 working days. It is your BRP, not this letter, that is the official document that grants you status.

The response email to one of my friends was different from the above. He applied through super priority service but on a 10-yer route.

Thanks,

There is no template. We do not know the internals of the UKVI and so we cannot offer advice on what to expect in an email
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice
