1- 24 letters up to 2004
2- 50 emails up to 2004- i didnt print all our emails of course-
3- 36 photographs of all our meetings.
4- 6 western union bills
5- tickets and itineraries from all our meetings
6- last 3 months phone record
7- my old passport, my wife s old passport copy containing visas and stamps

what do you think guys, does it seem fine? is it a cover letter from my side required or helpful?

thanks

I presume you are not living in the UK and your partner is. Have you lived together before your wife moved to the UK?

There is no need to submit all the paper work if you are married. A marriage certificate should be enough. Are your personal circumstances such that it would make UKBA suspicious about your marriage? If not, there is no need to go over the top. You can always add a cover letter explaining your relationship and offering more evidence if needed.

yes, you are right, am not living in the uk.

we had 4 meeting in total, 1 in turkey 2006 for 1 week, second one from greece where i was living illegally , and was for 2 months in 2008, thrid one in greece too in 2009 and was for 2,5 months, the last was here in morocco 2010 and we lived together in my house for 4 months.

maybe my previous illegal stay in greece might push the ECO to overlook the marriage, but as we know each other 7 years, and we were in communication trough emails, letters between our meetings, i really dont know if my proofs are enough or not.

So you suggest to submit this pile of rubbish instead of your marriage certificate?? Then you really are a complete moron!

If I were an ECO, I would be inclined to reject an application straightaway if I were forced to read through more than a 100 irrelevant documents!

As Jambo said, just submit your marriage certificate (plus a certified translation into English) and that is sufficient to prove your relationship.

i was thinking that submitting a valid marriage contract only might push the ECO to think it is a sham marriage, so i wanted to make my application stronger by providing evidences that we were in contact before and after our marriage

of course i ll submit a valid translated marriage certificate.
thanks everybody
