Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements

Post by stary100 » Sun Mar 28, 2010 2:44 pm

Hello everyone,
My landlord handed over me Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement. It is down loaded form from Internet filled by my landlord. No letting agent/estate agent involved in this agreement.

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 dependant visa for my wife and daughter in couple of days
Would it be considered valid Tenancy agreement for dependent Accommodation proof ??

Please advise.

Thank you.

It should be fine as its a valid agreement between you and your landlord.

Most of these agreement are usually for 6months a time, so both parties camn part their ways after this period if for some reasons things dont work out as expected.
