Asylum and Family Union

Hello,

My friend is 19 years old, Afghan National on Asylum in UK since 2006. A brief history is as under;

*. 2006- landed in UK got 2 Years Asylum

*. 2008- Asylum extended for 5 more years

*. The asylum will be expired in 2014.

In 2010, he visited Pakistan and got married there. He come back the same year and now father of a son.

He wants to bring his wife and child to UK. He went to a solicitor and they were asking for a fortune for this case. They told him that since his age is under 21 so he can not bring his family to UK.

He needs to know his position and what should he do to bring his family here.
