Asylum appeal allowed but no confirmation?

Hello all,

I need some advice.

So I had my 1st tier tribunal hearing a few months ago and the judge allowed the appeal.
But the home office has been silent and haven't sent me any confirmation.

How do I know if the home office has filed an appeal to upper tribunal?
If they haven't, shouldn't I have gotten some confirmation by now?
