Asylum based on article 8

Hi There ,

I have submitted an asylum application based on article 8, it has been more than a year now and I have not heard anything from the HO provided that I have been legally residing in the UK, and have been asked by the HO to apply for asylum when my FLRO application was refused... Please advise..

Tell us more about your immigration history

When did u enter in the UK?

Do u have family here kids?

On what basis u applied flro and why HO asked u to apply asylum?
