Asylum seeker has indefinate leave to remain in u.k want to

I'm an asylum seeker from Algeria. Came to U.k 16 years ago. I have passed the life in the U.K test and have certificate, but for personal and legal reasons cannot get naturalisation and a british passport for 7 years. Can anyone help me find out how to return to Algeria to visit my family and pay respect to my mother who passed away last october.All Channels seem to be closed to me, and my country is still on a state of emergency.
