australia visa query

Hi All
Could I please request you to read the question below and give me your suggestions.
I live and work in Australia on a student visa after completing my education. I have also applied for a temporary residence visa 485 (awaiting response), however due to some family emergency I had to travel to India recently and I am currently stuck here due to the travel ban by India and Australia.
My question is i have been advised to apply for a visitor visa as my current visa is expiring shortly, so would I be allowed to use the bank statement from my Australia bank with my Australia home address on it or would I need to use an Indian bank account for this visit visa application.
Please give me some advice or suggestions on the above.
