Cooling off period _ AUS

Hi,

One of my relative visited Australia under family visit, she is an Indian national. She stayed for 6 months in a single stretch.

Her visa is multiple entry and one year validity. Can she travel back to AUS immediately or will she have cooling off period?

Or can she apply for fresh visa.?

Please advise.
