Criminal records check

Hi

my wife and i have already applied for our australia skilled migration visa and done our criminal records check which was all clear.

since then my wife has been convicted of using a wrong train ticket.

is there another criminal records check at any point or are we now clear and this fine wont show up as part of our application?

if applying for indefinate leave to remain in a few years in australia will we need to have a uk criminal check then and it may show up?

your fine dude. petty crimes are not gonna cause you any trouble. you pretty much have to have served time or done something of real bad charachter to be rejected
