Help needed!

I did 3 semesters in RMIT in Melbourne in Information Technology. Following that, I did a semester in a Graduate Certificate in RMIT in Information Technology as well. I tried calculating my points and I think that I am 5 points short of 120. Again, I am not very sure as different people have told me different things.

Nominated Occupation - 60 points
Age - 30 points
English Language Ability - 20 points
Specific work experience - ??? points?

Can someone help me if I am eligible to apply for a PR? If not, I would not waste money applying....

Oh I know that visa. I have to stay in one of the regional areas. Well, I guess that could be an option. As I would really like to stay in the metropolitan melbourne areas, I think I would like to exhaust other options.

How much points does a graduate certificate + degree in Australia totalling 4 semesters get?
