Help regarding Skill Assessment

I am a Business Development Manager working in a Telecom company in Pakistan. I checked about my skill assessment which falls under ICT Business Analyst and came to know my skills can be assessed by www.abs.gov.au, i sent them emails few times but didn't get any response from their side.

Can anyone help me out by letting me know the below:

What is the criteria of getting my skill assessed?
What is the procedure? for the same?
What documents i need to send them for the assessment?
Whom i should contact for the same?

I need to know the above clarification so i can lodge my application and submit dues.

Hello,
hope you got to ACS cleared by now if not below is information--

Collect below Documents -
1* Experience letter from all your employers which is correspond to your skill code you are applying
* if 1 can not be done then get someone to sign for you/your senior colleague on notary about your working experience with company with job responsibilities against your skill code.
*Notarized certificates of Graduation/Masters etc
*any non English document to be converted in English by authorised company/person/agency
*Go to xxxxxxx and create your login /pswd
*upload all documents
*fee is around 250 AUD
wait for 5 days to get results or request to submit further information.
